Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
We are a professional manufacturer with many years of experience in our product field. We have our own factory and R&D team, which allows us to offer more competitive prices and direct quality control.
Can I visit your factory?
You are more than welcome to visit us! Please let us know your schedule in advance so we can arrange a pickup and a factory tour.
What certifications do you have?
Our factory is ISO9001 certified, and our products have passed CE, RoHS, FCC, and other industry certifications to meet international standards.
Do you provide OEM/ODM services?
Yes, we have rich experience in OEM and ODM. We can print your logo on the product and customize the packaging according to your design.
What is your MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)?
Our standard MOQ varies by product. However, for the first trial order, we can support you with a lower quantity to test the market.
Can you customize the product according to my requirements?
Yes, we offer full customization services including size, color, material, and functionality. Our R&D team will work closely with you to bring your ideas to life.
Why is your price higher than other suppliers?
We prioritize quality and long-term stability. Our products use premium materials and advanced technology, and every unit undergoes 100% inspection before shipping. A slightly higher initial cost can save you much more in after-sales service.
What are your payment terms?
We usually accept 30% T/T in advance as a deposit and 70% balance before shipment. For large orders, we also accept L/C at sight.
Can you offer a discount for a large quantity?
Yes, for bulk orders, we can definitely offer a more favorable price. Let us discuss the specific quantity and we will give you the best offer.
Can I get a free sample?
We can provide free samples for simple items. For high-value products, we charge a sample fee which will be fully refunded when you place a bulk order.
How long will it take to get the sample?
For stock items, it takes 1-3 days. For customized samples, it takes about 7-10 days depending on the requirements.
What is the lead time for mass production?
Generally, it takes 20-30 days after receiving the deposit. It also depends on the order quantity and our current production schedule.
How do you control the quality?
We have a strict QC system: IQC (Incoming Quality Control), IPQC (In-Process QC), and FQC (Final QC). We also support third-party inspections like SGS or BV.
Can I inspect the goods before shipment?
Yes, you are welcome to inspect the goods at our factory before shipment. We can also arrange third-party inspection services if needed.
Which Incoterms do you use?
We usually work on EXW, FOB, or CIF terms. Please let us know your preference and we will calculate the cost accordingly.
How do you pack the goods?
We use standard export cartons with protective foam/bubble wrap. For fragile or heavy items, we provide wooden pallets or crates to ensure safety during transit.
What shipping methods do you support?
We support sea freight, air freight, and express delivery (DHL, FedEx, UPS). We can recommend the most cost-effective shipping method based on your urgency and budget.
What is your warranty policy?
We offer a 1-2 year warranty for our products. If there are any quality issues caused by the manufacturing process, we will provide free replacements or repairs.
How do you handle complaints or defective items?
If there are any defective items, please send us photos or videos. We will analyze the cause within 24 hours and provide a solution (e.g., sending replacements in the next shipment or a credit refund).
Do you provide technical support?
Yes, we provide comprehensive technical support including installation guidance, operation manuals, and troubleshooting assistance. Our technical team is available 24/7 to help you.
